At every level of golf, putting is the great equalizer. At the pro
level, everyone can hit a fairway and a green, but those who
putt the best, win tournaments.
At the amateur level, no matter your athletic ability, if you putt
better than an athletically gifted athlete, you still have an
opportunity to win. Putting well requires proper information
and practice.
There are 4 variables in putting. If you can eliminate 3 of
them, all you have to worry about is reading the green:
1) Stroke
2) Alignment
3) Speed
4) Reading greens
